Holly uses her expertise as a Certified Myers Briggs Practitioner, Certified 5 Voices Coach, and Certified Leadership Effectiveness Analysis Facilitator to help leaders and their teams identify the root cause of team culture and performance issues, and then take specific action steps to make improvements.

The TRUE Next Generation Leadership Training Program
Successful companies have leaders who are both subject matter experts in their field as well as highly skilled people leaders who both attract and retain top talent. Hollis Strategies provides a comprehensive leadership training program to develop and strengthen a current or emerging leader’s competency and people skills in order to be an effective people leader.
The program is delivered in three sections:
An all-day workshop where participants begin learning key fundamentals around communication and to become a highly successful people leader as a kick-off to the learning experience
A series of six-monthly Zoom sessions (90-minutes each) that includes teaching and facilitated discussion to process the content.
In addition, each participant receives an individual coaching session with Holly to help identify growth areas and create a Personal Development Plan based on their leadership needs.
Upon completion of the Leadership Training Program, each participant:
Knows their unique leadership voice and how to best use it to add value to their team.
Uses effective communication strategies to coach, challenge and encourage team members.
Understands how to prepare for and have difficult conversations when necessary.
Evaluates and develops organizational clarity to achieve alignment and improve team performance.

The leader’s journey begins with cultivating self-awareness that drive self-management. Using the 5 Voices Assessment, participants identify their unique leadership voice and how it impacts the way they lead their team and how their voice is experienced by others (internally and externally. It includes a complimentary 5 Voices Assessment as part of the session.

How to Have a Hard Conversation
Leaders learn the Radical Candor framework and shared vocabulary to help them improve their feedback skills and create a culture of guidance based on the principles of caring personally and challenging directly. During this session, participants are also introduced to The Clearing Model as a framework for managing conflict among team members.
