Compensation: All agent commissions start with a flat 10% on every case. We then layer in the following supplemental compensation award with tiers based on total new business produced by TRUE Network as a whole for the year. That supplemental compensation tier will then be applied towards a firm's total in-force premium as of 1/1 the following year.
